To support engineering teams and draw up safety protocols.\n\nReport issue to the Section Head, develop efficiency, best practice for the production\n\nJob Responsibilities\nReviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.\n\nDesigning production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.\n\nDeveloping and implementing continuous process improvements and technological upgrades.\n\nTechnological upgrades includes digitization of WI, training materials, SPC control and Serial Numbers tracking.\n\nDesigning control systems to minimize cost and production issues. (Cycle Time Improvement and Minimize the reject).\n\nDeveloping design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.\n\nPreparing materials and equipment list, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.\n\nDesigning the layout of facilities and determining personnel tools requirements.\n\nWork with NPI Team to improve the work Instruction (WI) and update WI.\n\nWork with NPI Team to perfect the BOM and update BOM.\n\nTraining staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.\n\nManaging process documentation and preparing production reports.\n\nEnforce Safety Procedures and practices at all times in compliance to company safety policies and regulatory standards\n\nPerforms duties as assigned or as situation dictates.\n\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in contract manufacturing environment\n\nDegree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with 3 years experience in contract manufacturing environment\n\nEAB/EAS certification.\n\nKnowledge of Batch and mass production, machinery, lean processes, and standards.\n\nExperience in medical devices, cleanroom, GMP environment advantageous.\n\nCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nTroubleshooting skills using analysis tools/ approach and attention to details.\n\nDocumentation and organization skills\n\nProficiency in MS Office , project management software and AutoCAD.\n\nSkills\nCertifications, assistance to production, Continuous Process Improvement, Critical Thinking, Optimize Production Processes, Sanitation of Equipment, Project Management Software,
