This role ensures users receiveappropriate accessto systems and resourcesin accordance withestablished security policies, approval processes, and service-level expectations.\nThe analyst works closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to fulfill access requests, troubleshoot access issues, and support identity lifecycle processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess user access requests, modifications, and removalsin accordance withestablished IAM processes and approvals.\n\nAdminister Active Directory accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and related access.\n\nSupport user onboarding, transfers, terminations, and other identity lifecycle events.\n\nPerform manual provisioning and deprovisioning activities for applications and platforms that are not fully automated.\n\nInvestigate and resolve access-related incidents, service requests, andprovisioningfailures.\n\nValidateappropriate approvalsbefore granting ormodifyingaccess.\n\nSupport mailbox, group, and application access administration asrequired.\n\nMonitor assigned ServiceNow requests and incidents to ensuretimelycompletion within established SLAs.\n\nEscalate provisioning failures, system issues, andaccessexceptions to theappropriate engineeringor application teams.\n\nSupport periodic access reviews, audits, certifications, and remediation activities.\n\nMaintainaccuratedocumentation and evidence foraccesschanges whenrequired.\n\nFollow established security standards, procedures, and segregation-of-duties requirements.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and process improvements.\n\nMaintainknowledgearticles, operational procedures, and support documentation.\n\nCollaborate with global IAM and Security Administration teams to provide consistent access administration services.\n\nTechnical Skills\nExperience or working knowledge in:\nActive Directory\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory\n\nMicrosoft 365 / Exchange administration\n\nServiceNow\n\nSecurity groups and Distribution Lists\n\nUser provisioning and deprovisioning\n\nPowerShell or other scripting/automation technologies\n\nAccess certifications and audit support\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nExperience supporting Identity & Access Management, Security Administration, IT operations, ora relatedtechnology function.\n\nUnderstanding ofidentity lifecycle processes including joiners, movers, and leavers.\n\nFamiliarity with access control principles, least privilege, and security governance.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities in a high-volume operational environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established security procedures.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.\n\nKey Competencies\nCustomer and service
