For fiscal year 2026, which ended June 27, 2026, the company generated sales of more than $84 billion.\nSysco LABS Sri Lanka delivers the technology that powers Sysco’s end-to-end operations.\nSysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are currently on the lookout for an Associate Quality Engineering Lead to join us and work with our teams across the company.\nResponsibilities:\nLeading efforts in defining test strategies, test planning, execution and reviews\nImproving and maintaining test automation frameworks\nReviewing and contributing towards the development of automation scripts\nConfiguring and maintaining continuous integration\nOverlooking and managing test execution and communicating test statuses to stakeholders\nMentoring, training, and leading a team of Quality Engineers\nRequirements:\nA Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification, and 5-6+ years of industry experience\nExperience in test automation using open-source tools such as Selenium\nExperience in performance engineering and performance testing tools\nStrong knowledge of software testing processes, practices and test design techniques\nStrong knowledge in Java, OOP concepts and coding standards\nExperience in working with continuous integration, build and source control tools such as Jenkins, Maven and GIT\nExperience in testing middle-tier and service-oriented architectures using tools such as Rest-Assured or SoapUI\nA solid practical understanding of Agile Software Testing and Software Engineering concepts\nExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nProfessional certifications such as ISTQB, PMI-ACP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) would be an added advantage\nA thirst for learning and regularly updating knowledge\nBenefits:\nPerformance-based annual bonus \nPerformance rewards and recognition \nAgile Benefits -
