Working very closely with internal departments, with an emphasis on Centre of Excellence, Merchandising and Operations.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitates national customer onboarding by coordinating a range of administrative and support activities.\nResponsible for the end to end process of bids and tenders. \nGenerates and manages various reports to support the National Sales Department’s operational needs. \nCollaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. \nDevelops and distributes reports and data insights to assist sales management in decision-making. \nSupports the maintenance, tracking, and administration of contracts. \nPartners with internal departments to coordinate promotional initiatives and limited time offers in alignment with national demand planning efforts. \nIs willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor. \nUnderstands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nQualifications\n Must be fluent in French and English (written and spoken) to communicate with internal and external customers.\n3+ years of related or equivalent experience. \nFood service distribution experience an asset.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. \nPost-secondary education preferred. \nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) and other sales and/or industry specific programs. \n_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________\nRémunération\n35 300 $ à 68 100 $\nRôle\nLa personne titulaire du poste est responsable de soutenir l’équipe nationale des ventes en participant à l’intégration des clients nationaux, à la planification des promotions ainsi qu’à la production de rapports.
