This role would support the Contract Pricing and Accuracy team in the rollout of systems and methodologies that align with long-term corporate transformation objectives and goals.\nYou will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Your ability to understand both business operations and technical aspects will be key to your success.\nYou will operate as a highly skilled individual contributor with some oversight on specific products/systems or subject matter areas, while maintaining awareness of the broader systems and solutions.\nYou will be a subject matter expert and support the user experience with Sysco’s contract management tool and contract creation and amendment process.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nRequirements Gathering:\nWork closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements as needed.\nConduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business processes and pain points.\nAnalyze existing workflows, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.\nDocument current-state and/or future-state processes using process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams.\nData Analysis and Solution Design:\nAnalyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.\nCreate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals.\nDefine test scenarios and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).\nEnsure that delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.\nCreate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including requirements, process flows, user manuals and training guides.\nStakeholder Communication and Change Management:\nFacilitate communication between business users, business technology, and other relevant teams.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.\nAssist in change management efforts related to process improvements or system implementations.\nTrain end-users on new processes and tools.\nContract Administration\nInput contracts and amendments in the Contract Management tool and follow up through completion.\nConfigure and maintain the Contract Management tool association tables, user groups, approval flows, etc., ensuring alignment with business requirements.\nHelp ensure accurate metadata is captured in a timely manner.\nAct as the first point of contact for users with questions or issues related to the tool. Provide timely and effective support.\nTrain new users on the Contract Management system.\nCreate and maintain user guides, and conduct workshops as needed.\nGenerate reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract status, compliance, and performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with emphasis on areas such as contract management, pricing execution and metrics management. \nExperience with contract management tools (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, DocuSign).\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExcellent written and oral communications skills.\nStrong problem management and solving skills.\nAccountable to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and SLA’s.\nGreen Belt, Scrum, Agile experience or certifications will be a plus.\nExcellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.\nBenefits:\nThis is a hybrid position based in Ultra Park II, Lagunilla (Heredia).
