Support the payroll team with the WCC or SOC codes when necessary.\nProvide support to Senior Analysts and Leadership regarding all compensation related projects and initiatives\nEducation Required:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.\n2-4 years of experience in compensation, including compensation programs, market research, salary data analysis, market surveys, benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, and/or related compensation activities.\nSkills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required. Experience with advanced compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay and HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable.\nProven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nElevated level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.\nA strategic mindset with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to driving results and delivering value.\nExcellent communication and people skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.\nBenefits:\nThis is a hybrid position based in Ultra Park II, Lagunilla (Heredia).
