The Team Lead will drive performance, foster professional development, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Contract Compliance Analysts, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nManage team schedules, workloads, and task prioritization to ensure timely and accurate execution.\nOversee day-to-day operations, monitoring team performance against key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings to review progress, set performance goals, and provide feedback.\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members.\nContract Compliance\nTrain and support users on the Contract Management system (e.g., Icertis).\nOversee the accurate input and maintenance of contracts and amendments.\nEnsure contract metadata is accurately and promptly captured.\nServe as the first point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and technical issues.\nCreate and maintain user documentation, and deliver training workshops as needed.\nDevelop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track contract compliance, status, and performance metrics.\nStakeholder Communication & Change Management\nAct as a liaison between business users, business technology teams, and operational stakeholders.\nCommunicate project updates, process changes, and performance insights clearly and effectively.\nSupport change management efforts tied to process or system enhancements.\nProvide training and support to end-users on new tools and workflows.\nQualifications and Skills\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.\n Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with focus on contract management, pricing, or compliance.\nAt least 1-2 years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.\nExperience with contract management platforms preferred (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBenefits:\nThis is a hybrid position based in Ultra Park II, Lagunilla (Heredia).
