As a CSR (customer sales representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAnswer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers\nKey pick-up request, Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions\nProcess will-call orders\nProvide customers with invoice copies.\nProcess credits\nMaintaining Call list\nMonitor orders before the cut-off\nCommunicate regularly with the AE (account executives) and customers.\nManage the same-day deliveries for OPCO (operating company)\nPerform other duties as directed by Supervisor.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience\n1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience\nPreferred: Previous call center experience\nProfessional Skills\nStrong telephone communication skills\nAble to work in a fast pace environment\nAbility to sit and work at a PC for extended periods\nProficient in MS Office\nOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
