As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.\n RESPONSIBILITIES\nAnswer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers.\nKey pick-up requests.\nHandle transportation/routing on delivery questions.\nPrepare will-call orders.\nProvide customers with invoice copies.\nProcess credits.\nMaintain Call list.\nMonitor orders before cut- off.\nCommunicate regularly with the AE and customers.\nManage the same-day deliveries for the Operating Company (OpCo).\nPerform other duties as directed by Supervisor.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience\n1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.\nPrevious call center experience preferred.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong telephone communication skills.\nAble to work in a fast pace environment.\nProficient in MS Office.\nPhysical Demand\nAbility to sit and work at a PC for extended periods.\nThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
