Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.\nPosition Purpose:\nThe Director, Global FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to drive business performance. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to influence decision-making.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nFinancial Planning & Forecasting:\nDevelop and manage the company’s annual budget, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts.\nBuild robust financial models to analyze business trends, variances, and key drivers.\nPerformance Reporting:\nPrepare, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.\nMonitor financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.\nStrategic Planning & Analysis:\nPartner with business units to align operational plans with financial objectives.\nProvide decision support through scenario analysis, profitability assessments, and ad-hoc financial analysis.\nCapital Planning & Investment Analysis:\nLead evaluations of capital projects, M&A opportunities, and ROI assessments.\nDevelop frameworks for resource allocation and prioritization aligned with the company’s strategy.\nTeam Leadership & Development:\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.\nPerform other ad-hoc analysis as needed to support operating company and leadership.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).\nExperience:\n8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.\nSkills:\nproficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems.\nExceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.\nAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nDemonstrated leadership and team-building experience in a fast-paced environment.\nBENEFITS INFORMATION:\nFor information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.comOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
