Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.\nSummary:\nResponsible for improving the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations, in support of achieving Sysco’s US Foodservice and Corp business priorities. Working in partnership with HR and CoE the work includes scoping and executing initiatives related to strategic talent planning, succession, performance management and career development. The role requires strong partnership with business and HR leaders across USFS field and corporate locations. The role is the conduit between the Global Talent Development Centre of Excellence, HR and USFS.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nReporting to Senior Director, Talent & Leadership Development and based in the Houston headquarters - Office Human Resources. In this role the incumbent is responsible for full talent business partnering:\nPartner with the USFS Operations business team, US Specialty companies, corporate functions, Human Resource leaders, to build a strong leadership pipeline able to achieve current and future business objectives.\n\nManage the rollout of key talent processes including talent and succession, performance management, talent pools, HIPO Management, Internal Mobility and Development Planning\n\nProvide active support and coaching to HR Business Partners and Leaders on Talent and Performance practices, Support Succession candidates and high-potential development, gather feedback, trends, and insights from their region to the COEs, Interpret and act on strategic talent data, Partner with all groups across GTD on critical needs\n\nAbilities & Skills:\nKnows how to develop Talent\n\nUnderstands the work of the business they support\n\nStrong inquiry skills\n\nAble to facilitate\n\nStrong ability to influence with no direct line of authority\n\nAble to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration across levels and functions\n\nAbility to challenge and be a critical friend - both to GTD and to the business they support\n\nREQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:\n7+ years of experience of broad responsibility working cross-culturally creating enterprise focused Talent and or HR in a Fortune 500 organization\n\nProficient in learning platforms and Technologies - Workday, MS Teams preferred\n\nSignificant experience in business partnering and managing multiple stakeholders e.g. business, HR, Centre of Excellence\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree (e.g. Organizational Development, Talent Management, Human Resources) for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates\n\nWork Environment\nThis position is based at GSC, Houston\n\nTravel may be required up to 30%+ to Sysco facilities or operating companies.\n\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\n\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a colleague may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.\n\nReasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.\nBENEFITS INFORMATION:\nFor information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.comOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
