This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.\nThis role involves dealing with all contracts and maintenance associated with the Dublin Distribution Centre; supporting environmental initiatives and generally ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees will be top priority.\nTo be successful you will have had significant experience in a similar logistics/storage business and understand the issues which come with managing a multi-temperature facility.\nKey Accountabilities:\nResponsible for delivering a high-quality maintenance service to operations, must ensure that maintenance works efficiently, effectively and safely\nProviding maintenance support, entering data, updating equipment records & participating in continuous improvement\nElectrical & Mechanical trouble-shooting\nElectro-mechanical repairs to high-speed, PLC-controlled plant, handling and packaging equipment, also pneumatic & hydraulic control systems\nTechnical support for the plant facilities and services, including compressed air and refrigeration systems\nPerformance of preventative maintenance routines\nUpdate the maintenance management system (CMMS), recording all changes, store transactions made & work carried out\nResponsible for completion of your planned work, shifts daily input of all works onto CMMS\nRequirements:\nPossess relevant trade qualification Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automotive Qualification\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in regulated manufacturing environment (POST APPRENTICESHIP)\nPossess mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and/or qualifications.\nExcellent awareness and experience in relation to Quality, Health and Safety\nBe familiar with planned preventative maintenance\nExperienced in fault finding and problem solving\nFlexibility with shift rotation and travel\nCore Competencies:\nUnderstanding Your Customers - acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals.
