Completes other warehouse clerical duties as assigned by management.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.\nReview dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.\nReview photos/folder of shipment information and asks approval from management before loading.\nCloses out all orders to finalize shipments.\nCommunicates with market managers on product issues.\nGenerates daily reports on all items requiring approval.\nGenerates fees on folders.\nClerical duties: answering phone, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nHSD or equivalent preferred\nExperience\n1-year of warehouse office experience preferred\nSkills\nAbility to operate a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)\nAS400 experience preferred.\nAbility to work in both ambient and freezer temperatures.\nAbility to read and speak English.\nAttention to detail required\nThe workload can vary significantly.\nAssociates in this department must have the flexibility to work shifts that may include long hours and have varying shift start and end times.\nDecision Making Authority\nMost important decisions made fully independently:\nFinal approval on shipment folders\nMost important decisions made with review and approval of other individuals or supervisors (include the reviews/approvals required):\nShort shelf life action decisions.\nOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
