work: No , 100% office\nJob Type: Part time\nResponsibilities and Duties\nProvide day to day administrative support for HR activities and other office administration as directed by the manager.\nFacilitate and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes with the support of HR Ops.\nSupport employee documentation, including collection, verification, filing and maintenance of required documents.\nFollow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure HR operational activities are completed accurately and on time.\nAct as a local HR contact for employees for routine HR administrative queries.\nAssist HRBPs with administrative preparation for employee meetings, engagement activities, trainings and HR initiatives.\nWork closely with the Poland Site Lead on site-related administrative activities and requirements as directed by the manager.\nEscalate employee or compliance-related matters to the appropriate HRBP / HR Lead.\nSupport documentation and follow-ups related to benefits, insurance, pension/PPK and other employee services, where required.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR programs and processes, recommending enhancements to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.\nAlways maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR documentation.\nQualifications:\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.\n1-2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, HR coordination or a similar role.\nFull Fluency in both Polish and English communications (read, write and speak) is required.\nPrevious experience working in a corporate or multinational environment would be an advantage.\nGood understanding of basic HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.\nStrong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to handle confidential employee information with
