You will play a key role in maintaining healthy delivery processes, ensuring Jira and reporting hygiene, supporting Scrum ceremonies, and contributing to clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation in Confluence. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data and tools, and is eager to gain hands-on exposure to Agile delivery, project governance, and cross functional coordination within a global engineering organization.\nResponsibilities:\nSupporting Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives \nAssisting in tracking sprint commitments and maintaining the commitment ratio health \nMonitoring and reporting on key Agile metrics such as velocity and cycle time \nEnsuring Jira boards are accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed workflows \nActing as a process facilitator and tooling coordinator for Jira and related systems \nTaking meeting minutes during key discussions and proactively following up on action items \nMaintaining reporting dashboards and delivery trackers \nSupporting risk, dependency, and action item tracking \nAssisting in preparing stakeholder updates and status reports \nMaintaining structured and up-to-date documentation in Confluence \nIdentifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and team efficiency \nRequirements:\nCurrently pursuing a degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Business, or a related field \nA basic understanding of Agile and Scrum principles (knowledge of frameworks promoted by Scrum Alliance is a plus) \nFamiliarity with Jira and Confluence \nA good working knowledge of Excel, and ability to work systematically with multiple tools and data sources (e.g., working with spreadsheets, validating statuses, cross-checking data across systems) \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nHigh attention to detail and accountability \nStrong analytical and
