This role collaborates closely with Customer Support Teams (CST), National Sales, and Local Sales to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. The Senior Analyst dedicates a significant portion of their time (up to 50%) to building and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts, focusing on resolving \"last mile\" issues and ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.\nResponsibilities\nCustomer Relationship Building & Communication: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels, including in-person visits based on customer needs and contractual agreements. Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, including handling challenging conversations and managing escalations.\nProgram Implementation & Best Practices: Liaise with the local contract sales organization to implement best practices and directions provided via Global Sales Center (GSC) resources, acting as a role model for effective implementation.\nSkills\nExpertise in customer service management and ability to partner effectively across functional teams.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.\nExpert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nAbility to quickly learn and utilize existing and new Sysco technologies.\nDemonstrated experience with and working knowledge of Sysco customers (preferred).\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.\nCertifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree\nExperience\n5+ years of experience\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to travel by car.\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to use a computer and communicate effectively.\nTravel Requirements\n0-25%\nSysco is committed to Employment Equity.
