Job Responsibilities Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Adhere to all rules of safety and regulatory compliance including (USDA, QTV, FDA, OSHA, SQF, etc.) Ensure quality standards are being met throughout entire process Ability to cut fresh produce by hand using knives or other hand tools.
