Support a designated National Account Sales Manager/Executive and provide the day-to-day support needs to include: projects, rollouts, pre-packs, new location openings, quoting, sourcing, reporting, orders, ordering samples, and all miscellaneous support requests.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nRequired: High School diploma or GED equivalent with 4+ years similar experience in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of similar experience in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication, and time management skills.\nPreferred: Bachelors Degree, One year of experience in Food Service industry in an office setting,\nSAP experience, AutoQuotes experience and Advanced Excel user with experience in building spreadsheets, pivot tables, and v-lookups, experience handling sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nProvide world class service to Corporate Contacts at assigned National Accounts.\n\nSubject matter expert on assigned National Accounts and their program with Don.\n\nResearch and find new items to meet the program initiatives.\n\nPrepare formal quotes in AutoQuotes and Excel as well as prepare materials in Excel for proposals, presentations, or program needs.\n\nSet up vendors, NMR's, and contracts.\n\nWork with National Accounts Sales to ensure coordination and on-time completion of projects as assigned.\n\nUtilize in house reporting tools & SAP for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.\n\nCoordinate corporate customer logistics with regard to National Accounts openings, rollouts, and special orders.\n\nResearch and resolve corporate customer problems and/or questions.\n\nMaintain Order Guides, Web Templates and Opening Templates.\n\nAssist in order placement and product check in for pre-packs and rollouts.\n\nCoordinate special projects with Supply Chain Management.\n\nInteract with vendors on contracts, quotes, item setup, stocking levels, and custom items.\n\nWork with National Accounts Credit Team on account setups.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve internal and external customer issues.\n\nManage, research, and process correspondence from National Account customers and National Account Sales to determine customer needs.\n\nResponsible for staying current on contract changes.\n\nBuild relationships and foster sales opportunities with the corporate level customers.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
