Operations Engineers will primarily provide comprehensive technical support services for various systems and platforms used by Sysco Corporation across United States, Canada & Europe.\nResponsibilities:\nProviding reactive support through troubleshooting technical issues, unblocking users and detecting root cause(s) based on SLA’s.\nIdentifying and resolving complex applications, network, platform and cloud-based connectivity issues.\nIdentify recurring issues and drive problem management activities to reduce incident volumes.\nContribute to service improvement plans and implement preventative measures to improve system stability.\nCreate, maintain, and regularly review knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.\nDeliver small application changes, configuration updates, and enhancement requests.\nOperate in accordance with ITIL best practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.\nEngaging and coordinating with end-users, other stakeholders such as engineering and 3rd parties during the issue resolution process.\nSupport upgrades and new deployments of the applications.\nCan work on a roster covering 24/7 support to our end users.\nRequirements:\nA bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.\n1-2 years of experience in a technical support/systems administration will be a key advantage.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/ SAP/ Salesforce/ SAP Hybris or similar commercial platforms.\nKnowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.\nKnowledge of Sales and Commercial business processes and supporting business critical applications.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.\nExcellent command of written and spoken English.\nKnowledge and experience on the Windows server / UNIX platforms.\nSound network troubleshooting knowledge including LAN/WAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Routing.\nKnowledge of Shell or Python scripting will be an added advantage.\nA dynamic personality with a good balance of technical abilities and communication skills who can handle pressure situations.\nBenefits:\nPerformance-based annual bonus\nRecognition and rewards programs\nAgile Benefits -
