This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.\nThe role requires a candidate who will provide an efficient and responsive administrative and organisational service to the Commercial Director and ensure a high level of service is maintained. The successful candidate must have previous secretarial and administrative experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and demonstrate initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner, with attention to detail and confidentiality being crucial. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a fast paced and progressive company.\nIf you are ready for a challenge, we want to hear from you.\nApply today and discover what your career could look like with Sysco Ireland.\nKey Accountabilities:\nExtensive diary management and co-ordination for both on-site and off-site appointments and meetings\nPreparing and collating information for meetings and taking minutes at various meetings as and when required\nHandling correspondence to include incoming post and emails prioritising and responding as appropriate, bring information to the attention of the Director or senior management as necessary\nCoordinating internal and external events and presentation builds\nLiaising with international colleagues\nMaintaining filing system and company records for the Director\nResponsible for all travel arrangements and accommodation requirements\nAct as main point of contact for internal and external queries.\nEstablishing appropriate relationships and maintaining current relationships that will enhance and expand business opportunities.\nReviewing and scheduling of all travel arrangements\nOther Ad hoc duties as required\nRequirements:\nPrimary Degree with at least 3 years’ experience as a senior Personal Assistant to Director level a must\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills\nDiscreet and confidential individual\nAbility to work from own initiative and as a part of the wider Personal Assistant team at Sysco\nFlexibility for national and international travel\nGood relationship builder and proficient stakeholder manager\nWell spoken, with excellent written and presentational skills\nWell organised and able to effectively prioritise\nAbility to manage a varied workload\nFlexibility in changing demands and priorities\nAbility to perform under pressure\nResilient and reliable\nTeam player and an advocate of the Company values\nSysco Ireland Culture\no Customer Focus: We deeply understand our customers' needs, continuously looking at ways to deliver real value.\no Building Relationships: We foster strong, effective relationships across teams, always working together.
