Deliver specific project artifacts, as directed by the Program Manager. Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project.\nEssential Functions:\nBuild and maintain project schedule. Produce weekly status reports. Execute on deliverables as directed by Project Managers.\nCoordinate and schedule project related meetings to resolve risks, issues, 6or requests for scope change. Capture and publish project meeting minutes.\nMaintain collaboration site and artifact repositories, including risks and issue lists.\nSubmit and track project purchase requests. Update resource assignments and allocations in WorkDay.\nOnboard third-party resources to specific projects.\nContinuously learn and research new techniques and methodologies to solve project-related issues.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with project financials, invoice review & approval, and purchase orders\nMaintain and update Smartsheets and dashboards\nCross team communication and collaboration\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nStrong communication and follow up on the action items skills\nExperience in Smartsheet and dashboards preferred\nWorkday experience is a plus but not required\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCoursework toward Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience with project management tools and methodology.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3 years of project management experience in a project management, project coordinator or project analyst role.\nCAPM/PMP or similar certification.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.\nExperience with Agile Methodology.\nDemonstrated ability to lead or host presentations and facilitate meetings.\nBENEFITS INFORMATION:\nFor information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.comOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
