It works to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches and operates across four regions: North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Cyber Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of projects for individual contributors and supervisors. This role drives delivery within the team and creates both long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources. The role involves delegating tasks to team members best positioned to complete them, ensuring deliverables are met, making effective decisions for project progression with support from senior team members when needed, and managing dependencies across project tasks.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLeads 3-5 low to medium complexity projects or 1-2 highly complex projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints.\nOwns all aspects of projects to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco.\nDefines scope, delivery approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget in partnership with the Project Sponsor.\nCoordinates with internal and external stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed project schedules, including activities, milestones, and duration estimates; monitors and revises schedules as needed.\nMonitors and controls multiple aspects of projects throughout the lifecycle, including change requests, issues, risks, and status reporting.\nManages project budgets, including purchases, contracts, and monthly spend and resource forecasting.\nAssists in obtaining cost and overhead estimates and develops project budgets based on business cases.\nAddresses low-level risks, issues, and scope change requests; escalates when needed and implements responses following established processes.\nFacilitates requisitions, creates purchase requests, and onboards third-party resources.\nOwns project/workstream-level reporting and adapts communication to stakeholder needs.\nEstablishes quality indicators for processes and outputs aligned with stakeholders and business cases.\nConducts regular reviews to assess progress, stakeholder relationships, outcomes, and benefit realization.\nCOMPETENCIES\nAccountability for delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.\nStrong communication skills, including active listening and emotional intelligence.\nProficiency in schedule management, budget control, forecasting, governance, risk and issue management, change control, stakeholder management, project metrics, and quality management.\nAdaptability and resilience in handling changing project requirements and unexpected events.\nComfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust project management approaches accordingly.\nAbility to define reporting structures and align roles and responsibilities.\nEffective decision-making even with limited or unclear information.\nAbility to evaluate financial impacts of project decisions.\nStrong analytical skills to define requirements based on needs and constraints.\nCapability to create project artifacts such as schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.\nConflict resolution skills and willingness to seek support when necessary.\nAbility to apply or adapt methodologies to solve project-related challenges.\nStrong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.\nMANDATORY EXPERIENCE\nMinimum 3 years of project management experience in an IT environment.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nPMI CAPM/PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.\nExperience with Agile methodologies or CSM certification.\n1-3 years of cybersecurity project management experience or relevant
