Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.\nMaster’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field of study.\n5 or more years of experience in cybersecurity M&A integration, cybersecurity project management, security risk assessment, audit, or third-party security risk management.\nExcellent oral and written communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the enterprise.\n Licenses/Certifications Required:\nCertified Information on Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Shared Assessments Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Third Party Risk Assessor (CTPRA), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)\nTechnical Skills and Abilities:\nStrong experience in cybersecurity M&A integration, cybersecurity or technology audit or risk assessment.\nStrong experience in cybersecurity or technology project management and budgeting. \nStrong experience working with business and technologycross functional teams.\nStrong experience in coordinating and managing work performed by internal and external team resources. \nSolid experience in conducting third party security assessments.\nSolid experience in information security and privacy domains.\nStrong experience in process improvement and re-engineering.\nStrong strategic thinking and planning skills.\nExperience in large enterprise environments.\nStrong verbal and written communication, negotiation, analytical, time management, organizational, and relationship management skills.\nComfortable dealing with ambiguity, making decisions with sub-optimal/incomplete information.\nAbility to analyze and challenge current working methods to create improvements in processes and result.\nAbility to work independently within a geographically
