JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing salary data, and providing strategic guidance to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in our compensation practices. Reporting to the Compensation Director, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in compensation analysis and proficiency in tools such as Market Pay, Workday, and other survey platforms to drive informed decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection and analysis of compensation data from various sources, including market surveys, benchmarking studies, and internal salary data.
  • Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of compensation trends, competitive positioning, and pay equity considerations.
  • Partner with TR senior leadership to design and implement compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs, that support organizational objectives and foster employee engagement.
  • Conduct complex job evaluations and provide expert guidance on job leveling and salary banding to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity principles.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to establish competitive salary ranges for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, and provide recommendations for salary adjustments as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation-related matters, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues and business leaders on compensation policies, practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate compensation analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and provide thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in compensation strategies and processes.
  • Directly oversee the Global Job architecture maintenance in Workday and provide guidance to the business to properly use the implemented structure.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, including compensation programs, market research, salary data analysis, market surveys, benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, and/or related compensation activities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required. Experience with advanced compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay and HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • A strategic mindset with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to driving results and delivering value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

On-site presence is required only when necessary, such as for meetings, trainings, or collaborative activities, in alignment with the company’s telework agreement, which currently requires employees to work on-site three (3) days per week)
