Reporting to the Compensation Director, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in compensation analysis and proficiency in tools such as Market Pay, Workday, and other survey platforms to drive informed decision-making.\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our organization's compensation strategy and contribute to our mission of excellence.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLead the collection and analysis of compensation data from various sources, including market surveys, benchmarking studies, and internal salary data.\nUtilize advanced tools and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of compensation trends, competitive positioning, and pay equity considerations.\nPartner with TR senior leadership to design and implement compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs, that support organizational objectives and foster employee engagement.\nConduct complex job evaluations and provide expert guidance on job leveling and salary banding to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity principles.\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to establish competitive salary ranges for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, and provide recommendations for salary adjustments as needed.\nServe as a subject matter expert on compensation-related matters, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues and business leaders on compensation policies, practices, and regulatory compliance.\nPrepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate compensation analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.\nStay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and provide thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in compensation strategies and processes.\nDirectly oversee the Global Job architecture maintenance in Workday and provide guidance to the business to properly use the implemented structure.\nEducation Required:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.\nExcellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.\n4-6 years of experience in compensation, including compensation programs, market research, salary data analysis, market surveys, benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, and/or related compensation activities.\nSkills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required. Experience with advanced compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay and HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable.\nProven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.\nA strategic mindset with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to driving results and delivering value.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.\nBenefits:\nThis is a hybrid position based in Ultra Park II, Lagunilla (Heredia).
