Responsible for providing insight and analysis of financial operating results. Identifies trends and provides recommendations for various profitability drivers, including revenue, margin, expense management, and working capital management.\n RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport finance manager or CFO to ensure overall trends and the impacts of key initiatives are reflected accurately in the forecast.\nIdentify underperforming customers and vendors and the key drivers of profitability.\nQuantify the financial impact of key cost control initiatives.\nAssist local CFO and market CFO with the performance of the forecast.\nAssist in the annual quarterly business review (QBR) and annual operating plan (AOP) process.\nIdentify opportunities to control costs and reduce expenses.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.\nMBA degree.\nExperience\n5+ years of financial or business-related analysis experience.\nCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations\nCPA preferred.\nProfessional Skills\nOrganizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.\nStrong computer skills and knowledge of financial reporting software.\nDECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY\nMost important decisions made fully independently:\nAssist with cost monitoring, product equities, frequencies and other statistical data directly related to price management\nOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
