Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.\nYou may be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Plan.BENEFITS INFORMATION:\nFor information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.comWhat You’ll Do\nLead the WMS conversion: Manage implementation from discovery and planning through testing, training, go-live, and stabilization, ensuring operational readiness across impacted locations.\nManage multiple initiatives: Lead business, IT, and operations projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and measures of success.\nBuild projects from the ground up: Identify stakeholders, clarify business needs, and partner with Finance to develop business cases, evaluate costs and benefits, and establish project plans.\nInfluence and align stakeholders: Collaborate with SYGMA and Sysco leaders, IT, Operations, Finance, vendors, and executive sponsors to secure decisions, resolve obstacles, and maintain accountability.\nDrive change and adoption: Coordinate communication, training, and implementation readiness to help teams adopt new systems and processes.\nSupport transportation modernization: Lead or support projects involving electronic logging devices, Samsara, routing software, and Roadnet/RNA conversions.\nSupport distribution network growth: Coordinate technology and operational requirements for new distribution centers, including system implementations, infrastructure, racking dependencies, and launch readiness.\nCommunicate results: Provide clear updates on progress, risks, budgets, and business outcomes, escalating decisions when needed and applying lessons learned to future projects.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree.\n7-10 years of experience leading WMS implementations and complex, cross-functional projects.\nDemonstrated ownership of large-scale implementations from planning through go-live and stabilization.\nExperience supporting warehouse or distribution operations within a distributor, manufacturer, retailer, or similar organization. A background limited to third-party logistics (3PL) does not meet this role’s requirements.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization.\nStrong change management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.\nConfidence working with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and frontline operations.\nExperience developing business cases, managing project budgets, and partnering with Finance.\nA proactive, adaptable approach with strong follow-through and the ability to work independently.\nAbility to travel up to 50%.\nExperience That Sets You Apart\nFoodservice, food, or beverage distribution experience.\nExperience implementing or converting to SWMS.\nTransportation technology experience, including Samsara, electronic logging devices, Roadnet, RNA, or other routing platforms.\nExperience opening a new distribution center or coordinating its technology, warehouse systems, infrastructure, or racking projects.\nFamiliarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, or Power BI.\nPMP certification is not required.
