This role serves as a technical expert for SAP development, system integrations, interface management, and production support, partnering with business and IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign, develop, enhance, and support SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 and SAP CRM applications and integrations.\nProvide technical leadership and support for SAP Project Systems (PS), including WBS structures, budgeting, cost tracking, settlements, and FI/CO integration.\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations utilizing SAP PI/PO, REST APIs, SOAP services, RFCs, BAPIs, OData services, and event-driven architectures.\nDevelop and support inbound and outbound interfaces using XML, cXML, CSV, Excel, and other structured data formats.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data-processing issues across SAP and external systems, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.\nSupport end-to-end business processes across SD, MM, FI, WM, LE, and CRM modules.\nManage secure communications between SAP and external systems, including SSL/TLS certificates, encryption, authentication, and certificate lifecycle management.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business needs.\nDrive adoption of development standards, code quality practices, testing methodologies, and technical best practices to ensure system reliability and maintainability.\nParticipate in application lifecycle management activities, including design, testing, deployment, change management, release planning, and production support.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nMaintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support procedures.\nEvaluate emerging SAP technologies and integration capabilities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and modernization.\nMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing across the team.\nMANDATORY EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n7+ years of experience designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing SAP enterprise applications and integrations.\n5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 and SAP CRM environments.\nStrong functional knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS), including WBS structures, budgeting, cost planning, settlements, and integration with FI/CO.\nExperience supporting SAP business processes across SD, MM, FI, WM, and LE modules.\n5+ years of experience with SAP PI/PO integration development and support.\n5+ years of experience developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, RFCs, BAPIs, and OData services.\n5+ years of experience developing, transforming, and supporting data exchanges and interface files including XML, cXML, CSV, and Excel.\n5+ years of experience managing secure system connectivity, including SSL/TLS certificates, encryption, authentication, and certificate management.\nExperience with CDS Views, AMDP, SAP Solution Manager, production support, incident management, and application lifecycle management.\nCOMPETENCIES\nSAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 and SAP CRM expertise\nStrong understanding of SAP PS, SD, MM, FI, WM, and LE business processes\nSAP PI/PO integration development and support\nAPI and web service integration (REST, SOAP, RFCs, BAPIs, OData)\nData interface and file transformation (XML, cXML, CSV, Excel)\nSecure system connectivity and certificate management\nProduction support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis\nSolution design and technical requirements analysis\nSoftware quality and testing best practices\nChange, release, and application lifecycle management\nAgile methodologies and continuous improvement practices\nTechnical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing\nCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\nOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
