The position focuses on project leadership, governance, coordination, process improvement, testing oversight, and successful technology delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead technology projects from initiation through planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource requirements.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Technology, Engineering, QA, Product, Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders.\nProvide project leadership and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nFacilitate project meetings, status reviews, testing readiness sessions, risk reviews, and stakeholder discussions.\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and potential delivery challenges.\nEstablish clear project governance, ownership, accountability, and escalation processes.\nReview existing business and technology processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure appropriate alignment between business needs and technology solutions.\nCoordinate and oversee testing activities, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation validation.\nPartner with QA and technical teams to ensure appropriate test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria are established.\nMonitor testing progress, defects, remediation activities, and testing readiness to support successful releases.\nFacilitate defect prioritization and resolution discussions and ensure critical issues are appropriately escalated and addressed.\nSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities following implementation or production issues.\nEnsure appropriate project, process, testing, and implementation documentation is maintained.\nCommunicate project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.\nPromote consistent project management, testing, process improvement, and technology delivery best practices across initiatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, IT Project Management, Technology Delivery, Program Management, Business Systems, or a related technology function.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex technology projects and cross-functional project teams.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and the technology/software development lifecycle.\nExperience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.\nSolid understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), software testing methodologies, testing processes, and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).\nExperience coordinating or overseeing functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nExperience facilitating defect management, issue resolution, testing readiness, and implementation activities.\nExperience reviewing business and technology processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.\nStrong understanding of enterprise systems, system integrations, APIs, and technology dependencies.\nExperience working with Workday applications and integrations.\nExperience supporting technology initiatives related to finance business processes, including Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing large-scale enterprise technology implementations, system enhancements, integrations, or transformation initiatives.\nExperience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.\nFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nPMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.\nExperience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with testing and automation tools such as Selenium or Power Automate is beneficial but hands-on automation development is not required.\n\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong technology project leadership and project management capabilities.\nAbility to lead multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.\nStrong understanding of QA, testing, UAT, defect management, and technology implementation processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.\nAbility to identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nAbility to translate between business requirements and technical teams.\nStrong facilitation, organization, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to operate effectively within complex enterprise environments.\nStrong attention to
