You’llbe part of a high-performing, security-driven team that values innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous learning.\nJob Summary\nThe Team Lead - Identity Governancewill play a leading role in managing and overseeing identity governance processes across the enterprise. This includes running end-to-end access certification campaigns, responding to audit and compliance requests, and ensuring alignment with corporate controls and governance requirements. The role requires strong expertisewith SailPoint IdentityIQ(IIQ), including functionality, customization, and reporting capabilities. Acting as the primary liaison with Internal Audit (IA), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Controls, and External Auditors, this position will serve as the face of the identity governance program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable leading governance initiatives while mentoring junior team members.This is an individual contributor role.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccess Certification Campaign Management Lead the design, execution, and closure of end-to-end access certification campaigns in SailPoint IIQ. Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements and are completed on schedule.\n\nGovernance & Audit Engagement Partner with IA, GRC, Controls, and External Auditors to provide governance evidence, respond to audit requests, and address compliance findings. Act as the primary representative of the governance team.\n\nSailPoint IIQ Governance Administration Leverage SailPoint IIQ for governance functions, including customizing workflows, applying governance policies, and ensuring data integrity in access reviews.\n\nReporting & Evidence Creation Develop and deliver reports and evidencepackages that demonstratecompliance with internal policies and external regulations.\n\nMentorship & Process Improvement Provide guidance to junior governance analysts, standardize processes, and recommend improvements to enhance governance efficiency and audit readiness.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.\n\nAdvanced degree or IAM-related certifications.\n\n8+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with strong exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ.\n\nHands-on experience leading access certification campaigns and responding to audit or compliance requests.\n\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, NIST) and governance best practices.\n\nExperience interacting with auditors and compliance stakeholders at senior levels.\n\nExperience with SailPoint IIQ customization (rules, workflows, reporting enhancements).\n\nPrior experience working with external auditors on SOX or similar compliance programs.\n\nExposure toIAM integrations with Workday, Azure AD, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.\n\nCertifications in IAM, IT Audit, or GRC (e.g., CISA, CISM, SailPoint Certified).\n\nDeep understanding of SailPoint IIQ governance features (certifications, policies, reporting).\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in evidencegathering and reporting.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present governance outcomes clearly.\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to own processesend-to-end and drive completion.\n\nAbility to mentor junior
