The purpose of this document is to outline the nature of the workat this time.\nKey Accountabilities:\nMeet or exceed minimum efficiency levelsestablishedthrough engineered production standards. Requires working efficiently, proactively and Health and Safety conscious in a fast-paced warehouse environment\nMeet or exceed established accuracy levels\nDevelop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures.\nHygiene in your department and good housekeeping\nYour attendance at work\nHealth and Safety of yourself and others around you\nEnsuring that you keep good relationships with your team members\nReporting damages,accidentsand issues relating to Food Safety \nDesirable Criteria:\nPreviousexperience receipting inbound orders via use of a WMS systems \nWorking knowledge of all inbound warehouse activities\nReach truck licence either current or previously held - training will be provided\nRequirements:\nFlexibility to adjust shifts/start times to suit business needs\nReceive orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer\nTo label and intake productsin accordance withinbound procedures\nStack product on palletsin accordance withproper procedures\nOperate an electric power pallet truck or forklift to transport product\nStage pallets for loading on proper bay locations. \nAlways follow Sysco preferred workmethods, andimmediatelyadvisesupervisor of any unsafe conditions.\nFollow procedures tocomply withHACCP policy. \nTo ensure the Warehouse is kept in a safe clean and hygienic manner\nSafelyoperateall assigned equipment, including but not limited to mechanical handling equipment, arm mountedterminaland handheld devices\nPerform pre- and post-trip inspectionspaperwork, andsafelyoperateall mechanical equipment.\nShrink-wrap product on loading dock\nTo perform counts and inventory integrity\nTo load/unload trucks using MHE\nMust be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations\nOther duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your manager\nCore Competencies:\nUnderstanding Your Customers - acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals.
