Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.\nYou may be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Plan.BENEFITS INFORMATION:\nFor information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.com$20.50+/hour Depending on experience\nSun-Thu 6:00pm - 2:30am or finished, possible OT\nSUMMARY\nResponsible for the successful coordination of all clerical functions of the day and night functions with a focus on the receiving process.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nRequired:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent \n2+ years of clerical experience in a distribution environment.\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, and Word). \nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask, and prioritize work. \nExcellent communication and time management skills. \nCan work independently or collaboratively to accomplish objectives and is able to interact with all levels of management. \nPreferred:\nPrevious knowledge of SAP.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nWorks with the outbound monitor and replenishment screens daily. Updates reports daily utilizing a PC and SAP.\nTrack and monitor the productivity and quality of all equipment drivers and material handlers.\nMaintain proper day to day records on department operations.\nAssist Associates when Supervisor is not present or refers them to the appropriate party. \nAssist the receiving department by verifying the validity of all completed receiving packets, P.O.’s, trailer numbers, cases, pack and overages/shortages, and makes adjustments when necessary.\nPrepare bills of lading for all outbound movement as well as dispatch reports and schedules them in computer appropriately.\nFaxes and confirms loads and issues security seals for all outbound loaded trucks and trailers.\nAnswer calls regarding routing instructions.\nCommunicate necessary information to all appropriate parties involved in workflow.\nMaintain positive business relationships with internal and external customers addressing and escalating issues or concerns in the appropriate manner. \nSchedule inbound appointments and operate the Inbound Delivery Monitor. Also create, edit, and update all inbound deliveries.\nComplete inventory data entry and files all purchase orders, receiving documents, and backorders daily.\nProcess all Proof of Delivery requests in a timely manner.\nPerform other duties as assigned. \nOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
