Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community.\nActive, physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack, and/or forklift\n\nOrganizing and palletizing product to build customer orders\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nSafe working environment, working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions and type of product being selected (i.e., non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen.)\n Minimum Requirements\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\n\n1 Year relevant work experience.\n\nFrequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs.\n\nFrequently reach up to 72 inches.\n\nConstantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, retrieving products from lower shelf areas.\n\nWork in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).\n\nWork on your feet for 10 - 12 hours daily.\n\nPreferred Requirements\n1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.\n\n1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience.\n\n1 year Selection Experience.\n\n2 years consistent work history preferred.\n\nBENEFITS INFORMATION:\nFor information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.comOVERVIEW:\nSysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
