Join us as Warehouse Team Leader and help to maintain the smooth running of the dispatch process.\nA satisfying role\nAs a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently every day.\nYou’ll lead and motivate the team, organise workloads, solve problems and make sure we deliver against our targets. Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor & manager, you’ll play a key role in developing the team’s skills, building a positive working environment and driving high standards across the warehouse.\nIf you’re organised, people-focused and enjoy making things happen, this could be the challenge for you!\nWhat you bring to the mix\nAre you a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude?
