Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Sustentar ambientes e processos de dados em Azure e on-premises, garantindo operação contínua e confiável;
  • Atuar com administração e suporte avançado em Databricks (Azure), incluindo troubleshooting e ajustes operacionais;
  • Monitorar e acompanhar pipelines, jobs, integrações e rotinas de dados, com visão preventiva e corretiva;
  • Realizar correções e melhorias em processos existentes, atuando na identificação de causa raiz e redução de recorrência;
  • Conduzir gestão e resolução de incidentes (SLA, priorização, comunicação, acompanhamento até estabilização);
  • Apoiar times de BI e desenvolvimento garantindo que os ambientes estejam aptos para novos releases e demandas;
  • Evoluir e melhorar continuamente as esteiras de DataOps / CI-CD para dados (governança, qualidade e confiabilidade);
  • Atuar junto aos times de infraestrutura/arquitetura quando necessário (capacidade, acessos, segurança, rede, performance);
  • Garantir aderência a boas práticas de segurança, governança e compliance no contexto de dados;
  • Propor e implementar melhorias de observabilidade, monitoramento e alertas (métricas, logs, rastreabilidade).

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência pleno em Engenharia de Dados com foco em sustentação/operação (não apenas projetos greenfield);
  • Experiência sólida em Databricks, com atuação em troubleshooting e sustentação de jobs/pipelines;
  • Vivência em ambientes cloud, com preferência para Microsoft Azure;
  • Experiência com suporte a pipelines, integrações e processos de dados em produção;
  • Conhecimento em monitoramento, incidentes e gestão de problemas (SLA, priorização, resposta e pós-incidente).
  • Experiência sólida em projetos de dados, construção e sustentação de pipelines, integração de dados, modelagem e atuação em ambientes analíticos.
