The primary focus is on SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, SAP Global Trade Security (GTS) processes, and the integration between S/4HANA OTC, GTS and other Business Application within Sysmex AP application landscape, as well as with our external Business Partner's Business Application.\n\nThe role serves first point of contact for application incidents and service requests, performs functional analysis and coordinates issue resolution with business users, internal IT teams and external SAP consultants. The position also supports system changes, testing, release deployment, user access administration and compliance documentation to maintain stable, secure and controlled business application operations.\n\nIn addition, the role acts as the support to Material Master Data Governance Leads, driving material master data standards, governance controls, data quality and SAP MDG processes across the SAP landscape. The role works closely with business process owners, data owners and key users to translate operational and governance requirements into sustainable functional solutions.\n\nSummary Of Functional Duties & Responsibilities\n\nSAP Application Support and Operations\nProvide first-level functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS applications, with particular focus on Order-to-Cash and GTS processes and the integration\n\nBetween S/4HANA OTC and GTS application\nWith MS Dynamic CRM system of Sysmex AP\nWith Master Data Governance (MDG) system of Sysmex Corporation,\nWith Business Applications of our external Business Partners such as 4th Party Logistic (4PL) and 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) partners.\n\nManage incidents, service requests and application issues by performing initial analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and coordinating resolution with internal support teams and external SAP consultants.\n\nMonitor recurring application and data issues, identify improvement opportunities and recommend preventive or corrective actions to improve system stability and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport day-to-day SAP operational activities and ensure that business-critical issues are appropriately prioritized, communicated, documented and resolved.\n\nMaterial Master Data Governance\nSupport Material Master Data Governance Lead, Data Owner and Stewards to coordinate the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of material master data standards, policies, ownership and governance processes.\nSupport SAP MDG processes covering material creation, extension, change, approval workflows, validation rules, duplicate prevention and data replication to SAP S/4HANA, SAP GTS and other relevant systems.\nWork with data owners, business process owners and key users to define data quality requirements, resolve governance issues and ensure the completeness, consistency and accuracy of material master data.\nCoordinate data validation, cleansing, remediation and basic migration activities relating to material master data.\nMonitor material master data quality and governance compliance, identify recurring data issues and support the implementation of sustainable corrective actions and controls.\n\nBusiness Analysis and Solution Delivery\nEngage business process owners, data owners and key users to gather, analyse and document business, system and data governance requirements.\nPerform process and gap analysis, impact assessment and cost-benefit analysis to support solution recommendations and implementation decisions.\nTranslate business and data governance requirements into clear functional specifications, process designs, validation requirements and test scenarios.\nSupport the configuration, enhancement and deployment of SAP functionalities relating to OTC, Material Management, Warehouse Management and Master Data Governance, where applicable.\nCoordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external consultants to ensure that solutions meet operational, security, compliance and architectural requirements.\n\nTesting, Change and Release Management\nPrepare test plans, test scenarios, test data and User Acceptance Testing scripts for system enhancements, patches, upgrades and master data governance changes.\nExecute or coordinate unit, integration and regression testing, document results, manage defects and support business users during User Acceptance Testing.\nSupport SAP change requests throughout the delivery lifecycle, including requirement assessment, solution review, testing, transport coordination, deployment and post-implementation validation.\nParticipate in SAP transport, release and change management processes to ensure changes are properly authorized, tested, documented and deployed.\nSupport post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, stabilization, documentation updates and knowledge transfer.\n\nUser Administration, Governance and Compliance\nPerform or coordinate SAP user administration activities, including user onboarding, access changes, periodic user and licence reviews and access removal.\nCoordinate user access requirements in accordance with Business Application Management, IT cybersecurity, audit and Segregation of Duties requirements.\nMaintain accurate and current system documentation, functional specifications, test evidence, support records, data governance procedures and operational work instructions.\nEnsure that application support, system changes and master data governance activities comply with applicable internal standards and relevant CSV, J-SOX, ISO, cybersecurity and audit requirements.\nSupport internal and external audit requests by providing relevant system, access, change and master data governance documentation.\n\nStakeholder and Knowledge Management\nBuild effective working relationships with regional business users, process owners, data owners, key users, internal IT teams and external service providers.\nCommunicate application issues, risks, dependencies and implementation progress clearly to relevant stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain user guides, support procedures and knowledge materials, and conduct knowledge-sharing or user training sessions where required.\nPromote the adoption of standard processes, governance controls, automation and appropriate digital or AI-enabled tools to improve support quality and operational efficiency.\n\nJob Specification\n\nMinimum Education Required:\nDiploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nMinimum Experience Required\nAt least five years of relevant experience in implementing, supporting or administering SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 business applications.\nHands-on experience supporting SAP Order-to-Cash processes and their integration with Material Management, master data and related SAP functions.\nPractical experience in material master data management, data governance, data quality or SAP Master Data Governance processes.\nExperience managing application incidents, service requests, problem investigation and change requests in an enterprise support environment.\nExperience supporting system enhancements through requirements analysis, functional design, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.\nExperience working with business users, process owners, technical teams and external consultants across different countries or functions.\nExperience maintaining documentation and supporting audit, cybersecurity or regulatory compliance requirements.\n\nSkills And Knowledge Required\nFunctional and Technical Knowledge\nStrong functional knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash processes, including relevant integration with Material Management, master data and SAP GTS.\nWorking knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC application support and administration.\nKnowledge of material master data structures, governance principles, data ownership, data quality controls and lifecycle management.\nFamiliarity with SAP MDG workflows, approval processes, validation rules, data replication and governance controls.\nUnderstanding of SAP integration concepts involving other SAP modules and external systems.\nFamiliarity with SAP change, transport and release management processes.\nKnowledge of functional, integration, regression and User Acceptance Testing methodologies.\nAbility to prepare functional specifications, process documents, test scripts, user guides and operational procedures.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nDesirable Knowledge And Experience\nExposure to SAP Fiori applications
