Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Full Stack Developer with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience to join our technology team supporting the rapidly growing Alternatives / Private Markets domain.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in full-stack development, a good understanding of business application workflows, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on experience in Angular, Java, and SQL Server is required. Knowledge of .NET will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, Java, and SQL Server.
- Work closely with business analysts and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities across the software development lifecycle.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular to support business workflows and improve user experience.
- Develop and support backend services using Java and related frameworks to enable scalable and reliable application functionality.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in SQL Server.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production and application issues in a timely manner.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance existing applications and support modernization initiatives.
- Work effectively within Agile teams by contributing to sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
- Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members to provide updates, clarify requirements, and support successful delivery.
Required Qualifications :
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
1. Angular - frontend development and responsive web applications.
2. Java - backend development and service implementation.
3. SQL Server - database development, query writing, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of full-stack application architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Experience developing, enhancing, and supporting business-critical enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively within a development team.
Desired Skills & Attributes :
- Knowledge of .NET is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
- Understanding of software development best practices, code quality, and application support processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
