Job Description :


We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying marketing campaigns, customer journeys, automations, and personalized communications.


Key Responsibilities :

- Develop campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.

- Build customer journeys, triggered campaigns, nurture programs, and lifecycle communications.

- Develop Automation Studio workflows for data imports, segmentation, and campaign execution.

- Create personalized experiences using AMPScript, Dynamic Content, and Data Extensions.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for segmentation, reporting, and automation.

- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems using APIs.

- Design and customize CloudPages, preference centers, landing pages, and unsubscribe pages.

- Support Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging campaigns.

- Perform campaign testing, A/B testing, troubleshooting, and production deployments.

- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and business teams to deliver technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing standards.
