team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.\nTake an active role in shaping the team's strategy, roadmap, and architecture.\nLead and drive incident management and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring a stable and predictable environment.\nDefine, implement, and maintain comprehensive observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing) to ensure the Platform meets availability targets\nStrong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS.\nSolid experience with cloud infrastructure solutions such as ECS, EC2, AppSync, Amazon RDS, S3, or comparable technologies.\nHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).\nStrong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.\nExperience with multi-account AWS setups, landing zones, and governance models.\nProficiency in at least one programming language.\nGood understanding of cloud networking concepts and security best practices.\nExperience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or similar.\nAbility to balance hands-on engineering with architectural and leadership responsibilities.\nNice To Have\nDeep understanding of database internals, including performance tuning, high availability setups, backup and recovery, and replication strategies.\nPractical experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar).\nHands-on experience with AWS networking, including VPC design, subnetting, routing, security groups, NACLs, and hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect).\nTraits We Value\nStrong
