technical discussions, and engineering best practices.\nReview code and ensure adherence to quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Delivery teams, Clients, and Business stakeholders to deliver optimal technical solutions.\nMentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance across projects.\nParticipate in technical solutioning, estimations, POCs, and feasibility assessments.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable architectural approaches.\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the Software Development Lifecycle.\nTechnical Skills & Requirements\nCore Technologies\nStrong hands-on expertise in NodeJS, particularly for backend development.\nRecent 5+ years of experience working extensively with NodeJS.\nExperience with modern NodeJS frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.\nGood understanding of modern Web technologies and API-based application development.\nExposure to Java is a plus; however, the candidate must not be limited to only Java or only .NET throughout their career.\nArchitecture & Design\nStrong expertise in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).\nDeep understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Architecture.\nStrong knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Distributed Systems, Scalability, Security, and Performance Optimization.\nExperience designing enterprise-scale applications and taking ownership of architecture decisions.\nCloud & DevOps\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.\nGood understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment practices.\nDatabases\nStrong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.\nUnderstanding of database design, optimization, scalability, and caching strategies.\nAI & Modern Engineering\nWorking knowledge of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC).\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.\nMandatory Eligibility\n8-10 years of software engineering experience with recent 5+ years in NodeJS as backend development.\nSignificant experience in software architecture and solution design, with demonstrated ownership of architecture decisions.\nTechnology-agnostic mindset is mandatory.\nCandidates whose career has been exclusively focused on only Java or only .NET are not
