The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, client communication, team management, budgeting, and end-to-end project execution.\nYou will act as the bridge between the client, internal stakeholders, and delivery team-ensuring project goals are met with quality and speed.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nCollaborate with internal teams and global clients to define project scopes and objectives.\nPrepare, monitor, and track project plans, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.\nForecast and manage resource allocation, including availability planning.\nConduct project discovery and requirement gathering with diverse domain understanding.\nHandle project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.\nProactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans.\nMaintain comprehensive and standardized project documentation (SOWs, reports, manuals).\nDeliver detailed project performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.\nFoster clear and transparent communication with international clients and internal teams.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n10+ years of proven experience in project management in the IT/software industry.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong technology understanding -
