Requirements Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants. Confirm scheduled appointments. • Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center Experience & Skills: Customer service/phone presence.
