Our top performers have been hitting $200k+ in income! \nW-2 employment status which includes full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company match. \nContinuous education and career development, including our SP University and field training. \nAmple opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that’s booming.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMake initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport. \nAccurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space. \nMeasure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions. \nMaintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction. \nWork closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience. \nUtilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc. \nGenerate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.\nExperience & Skills:\nPrevious sales experience is not required but you must have a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career. \nComfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology. \nMust have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines. \nConstruction experience a plus. \nAbout You\nSelf-motivated: You are committed to making the most of every opportunity you're presented with as well as creating your own opportunities.
