You are enthusiastic about work daily \nProfessional Skills\n5+ years of public accounting experience, with expertise in tax compliance for individuals, S Corporations, C Corporations, and Partnerships/LLCs.\nSkilled in federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting, including multi-state filings and specialized areas such as R&D credits, and PTET elections.\nExperience reviewing and signing tax returns, conducting first-level reviews of staff work, and providing actionable feedback.\nSkilled in research, responding to tax notices, and supporting tax planning initiatives.\nProficiency with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks Online preferred, Karbon is a plus).\nCPA or EA license required.\nDemonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software.\nWhat does the day to day look like for this role?\nAs a Tax Manager, you will work with a department of 8 other individuals serving approximately 100 clients representing around 200 returns. We expect this to grow in the coming years as we look to grow our tax department alongside our blossoming CAS business.
