Role\n\nSystemSpecs is seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Manager to define product strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive product improvements based on customer needs and business goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.\n• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, and Business teams to deliver product features.\n• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.\n• Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product improvements.\n• Track product performance, communicate progress, and drive continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements\n\n• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management.\n• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and product documentation.\n• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n• Familiarity with Jira,
