Our engagements include small to large Fortune 500 businesses as well as the government.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nThe Business and Operations Intern will support SSI in the development and improvement of internal business processes, and product development and management activities. The role will include information collection, development, organization, and retention. May consist of the organization of intellectual capital and internal assets and related resources. Seeking visionaries who want to impact digital transformation as it pertains to innovation and systems management. Collaborate with firm leadership to develop product roadmaps, with priority and understanding of competing products through research. The role may also require UX exercises and product testing to suggest improvements for marketing, communications, and product features. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships with SSI teammates through delivery excellence.
