This involves bridging the gap on AI-driven solutions, between our data science and software operations, ensuring the smooth deployment, monitoring, and management of production environments.\nIn addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:\nDevelop infrastructure software to integrate the software components in SitaWare Insight,\nBe a feature lead on new functionalities,\nBuild infrastructure setup and deployment piles,\nBuild automated test framework ,\nDesign for scalability,\nImplement performance monitoring and security measures,\nDevelop and document according to agile principles,\nAnd being part of a platform team helping internal teams and customers during installation and deployment of our service.\nJoining the team\nSitaWare Insight is a decision-support tool that transforms data collection and management, providing commanders on various level with advanced data capture and analysis capabilities. The goal of our product is to support the process of aggregating data from various sources of information (being other systems), to develop a single, logical, and virtual view of information so that it can be accessed by front-end solutions such as applications, dashboards, and portals without having to know the data's exact storage location.\nJoining SitaWare Insight, you will be part of a department with close to 45 Systems Engineers, Architects and Test Engineers working in 5 SCRUM teams, and we are growing to meet the demand from our customers. Your team specifically comprise a People and Project Manager, A Product Manager, A Lead Architect, 5 developers and an experienced Systems Tester.\nNew releases are shipped every half year including new capabilities, bug fixes and other improvements. Modern technologies like AI are used to transform data into information, providing commanders with advanced data capture and analysis capabilities.\nYour qualifications\nWe are looking for you, if you:\nHold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar,\nBring five or more years of experience working in backend software development or engineering,\nHave experience with primarily Java, Docker, Kubernetes and Microservices,\nAnd have excellent communication skills in professional English.\nIf you bring competencies with one or more of the following technologies and frameworks, it is a benefit for you, but not a necessity:\nJava 21 microservices using Spring Boot,\nDocker on Kubernetes with Istio and Helm,\nKafka, Cassandra, Gradle and Bazel,\nAzure, PostgreSQL, Prometheus or Grafana,\nLinux and Bash scripting,\nTeamCity, Bitbucket and JIRA.\nPlease note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
