The team manages the firm’s trade lifecycle, from trade capture and reconciliation through to trade events, settlement, corporate actions, compression, collateral and treasury.\n\nProducts traded by Systematica include bonds, CFDs, credit derivatives, equities, equity swaps, futures and listed options, FX forwards and options, and interest rate swaps.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess, control and improve Systematica’s operations from trade execution through to fund administrators and external counterparties, across three principal areas:1) Trade management, including trade flows and lifecycle events;\n2) Trade reconciliation; and\n3) Post-trade activities, including collateral and treasury.\n\nManage cash processing, ensuring the accurate recording and payment of margin, trading costs and fees;\nReview and process margin calls, ensuring amounts are accurate and payments are made and received on time;\nComplete trade, position and cash reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks;\nResolve position and trade queries and provide ad hoc reporting;\nReview, process and track fund invoices;\nIdentify and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and operational controls;\nMaintain effective relationships with outsourced administrators, prime brokers, executing brokers and vendors, including oversight of outsourced settlement and reconciliation activities; and\nMaintain robust operational controls, proactively identify operational risks and escalate, mitigate or resolve them as appropriate.\nGeneral\nUndertake any other duties commensurate with the post holder’s position and seniority; and\nTake personal responsibility for complying with all organisational, statutory and regulatory policies and procedures.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills;\nDemonstrable operations experience at a fund administrator, investment bank or investment manager;\nExperience with one or more of DTCC, ICELink, Markit MTM, MarkitWire, Tradeweb, Traiana or Bloomberg would be advantageous; and\nProficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, with a curious and proactive approach to exploring AI-based tools, critically assessing their outputs and using them responsibly in line with firm policies on confidentiality and data security.\n Educational & Professional Qualifications\nEducated to degree level or equivalent; and\nIOC or IMC accreditation preferred.\nBenefits\nSystematica Investments provides you with excellent benefits from day 1.
