As part of ongoing initiatives focused on protecting sensitive enterprise data, the organization is strengthening its Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Threat, and broader data governance capabilities.\n\nThe successful candidate will provide program management, analysis, governance, and documentation support across these initiatives. This role combines strong program coordination and analytical capabilities with the ability to collect and interpret data, develop and maintain policies and standards, and work effectively with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Technology, and the business.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings strong program and analytical skills along with a solid understanding of cybersecurity and data protection concepts.\n\nABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Threat initiatives.\nManage program activities, deliverables, dependencies, actions, risks, and follow-up across multiple workstreams.\nCollect, consolidate, tabulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support program decisions and reporting.\nDevelop sophisticated Excel-based analysis, tracking, reporting, and data-management tools.\nAnalyze program data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop, update, organize, and maintain cybersecurity and data-governance policies, standards, procedures, and other written directives.\nCoordinate reviews and approvals of policies, standards, and supporting documentation.\nWork with cybersecurity, technology, data, privacy, and business stakeholders to gather information and requirements.\nSupport the development and maturation of Data Security, DLP, Insider Threat, and Data Governance processes.\nDevelop clear reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials for program stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport organizational change activities associated with new security policies, processes, controls, and technologies.\nTrack implementation activities and help ensure agreed actions are completed.\nSupport the documentation and standardization of program processes and operating procedures.\nFacilitate meetings, document decisions and actions, and proactively follow up with stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve program processes, reporting, governance, and operational effectiveness.\nABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS\n\nDemonstrated experience in program management, program analysis, project coordination, or a related discipline.\nStrong experience collecting, organizing, tabulating, and analyzing complex data.\nExpert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large or complex datasets.\nStrong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.\nDemonstrated experience writing, updating, organizing, and managing policies, standards, procedures, or comparable formal documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex information into clear documentation, reporting, and presentations.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to independently manage multiple priorities and follow activities through to completion.\nStrong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.\nKnowledge of or exposure to cybersecurity and data-protection concepts, including Data Governance, Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Threat.\nUnderstanding of organizational change management principles and practices.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nExperience supporting cybersecurity, data-security, or data-governance programs within a large enterprise.\nKnowledge of cyber operations, Insider Threat, DLP, and Data Privacy.\nExposure to Data Security Posture Management, DLP, or Data Classification technologies.\nExperience tuning or supporting DSPM, DLP, or Data Classification tools.\nFamiliarity with regular expressions (RegEx).\nUnderstanding of Identity and Access Management.\nExposure to Red Team/Blue Team activities, Threat Hunting, or broader cyber operations.\nExperience supporting organizational change associated with cybersecurity or technology transformation.\nExperience developing governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThis is an initial contract opportunity beginning as soon as possible and running through December 31, 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension based on ongoing business requirements.\nThe role is expected to be performed remotely, with the successful candidate available to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.\n\nAI DISCLOSURE\nAs part of our recruitment process, Systematix may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with resume screening, candidate matching, and recruitment administration.
