You will work with all levels of the business, ensuring IT deliverables align with business requirements, with measurable results. This is a hybrid role requiring being on-site based on customer needs.\nRequirements\nConduct the Decennial Engineering Working Group (EWG)\nManage and coordinate activities among multiple teams.\nEnsure that solutions developed by the team conform to the quality standards and fit the relevant application architecture specified, including the use of tools, platforms, techniques and design patterns.\nPartner with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architecture as well as Security, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure teams.\nEfficiently manage the schedule and resources of the EWG\nEffectively manage all team member resources allocated for the project.\nEnsure the certification and knowledge levels of project team personnel are always current and comprehensive and that they can provide the highest level of professional assistance to customers.\nPlan the delivery of services listed in the EWG Roadmap.\nDevelop a plan and schedule with the customer and EWG Board for optimum delivery of project, to ensure integration of software with existing infrastructure, systems and applications.\nMaintain progress reviews of project tasks and team member assignments.\nRequired Skills\nProject Management and coordination experience.\nBachelors Degree and 12 years of related experience\nStrong Technical background in architecture or development area\nSDLC experience.\nSoftware development, Infrastructure background preferred.\nExperience with MS Office, including MS Project and SharePoint.\nExperience with Jira.\nExperience working with customers and stakeholders.\nExperience maintaining schedules, risks, and issues.\nExperience developing and updating PowerPoint briefings for customer meetings.\nExperience developing and updating project metrics.\nExperience capturing meeting notes and actions items to resolution.\nExperience working in a fluid/changing/fast paced environment; requires minimal guidance.\nPreferred Skills\nHands on experience with AWS GovCloud\nProposal writing and coordination experience, demonstrated understanding of cost estimation and basis of estimate definition.\nUS Census Bureau Experience preferred.\nSoft Skills\nOrganizational Skills: Can plan and prioritize work, both their own and that of project team.
